African Queen 3
African Queen 3 is the final painting of the African Queen series. While traveling throughout East and Southern Africa, it was very common to see women working long hours and I often wondered, where were all the men? I wanted to paint a tapestry of hard working women and to show the vast African sunset; there really is no other like it. It felt like a very magical place.
